I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Tendo LLC (referred to from hereon in as the "Company") was established as a
Limited Liability Company at 2223 N Huston Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803
with the expectation of rapid expansion in the software design industry.
Business Description
The Company was formed on 10/02/2014 as Limited Liability Company under
Nebraska state laws and headed by Nicholas Woods.
Nicholas S Woods, Co-Founder and CEO, has working management experience as the
Vice President Emerging Technology for Data Support System (DSS), an Omaha, NE
based on bank integrated technology. He also founded, Boynton Recover, a collection
agent. In addition Computer Science Corporate (CSC) as consultant to STATCOM and
DOD in CIE project and was a sub-contractor for ITCC (for CSC) with TEK. He began
his career as an engineer for West Inc. where he led a software development and IT lead
projects as part of the AT&T, DIRECTV, Bank of American, Wal-Mart, Verizon and
programs. Mr. Woods completed him B.SC from Bellevue.
The Company currently employs 2 full-time employees and part-time employees.

Tendo develops, publishes, and markets programming tools and business know-how
together in a software product including software and documentation. It makes business
