1. Meet Workera
Industry reinvention is the new normal and transformation is
essential to remain a market leader. To keep up with the pace
of change, organizations must put their most valuable asset,
their people, at the center of any strategy.
Having the right people, with the right skills, at the right time
is now an economic imperative.
Current talent strategies are broken and organizations don’t
know what skills the people in their workforce do, or do not, have.
Until Workera, upskilling has largely been a one-size-fits-all
approach with internal mobility limited to biased and inaccurate
methods like self-assessments and siloed spreadsheets.
Workera is the skills intelligence platform redefining how
organizations understand, develop, and mobilize their talent.
We empower enterprise organizations with actionable skills
data that drives innovation across talent strategies in hiring,
upskilling, and mobility. Our granular and configurable skills
ontology—a set of skills and their relationships between one
another that helps create a common understanding—and
our AI-powered measurement engine provides organizations
with an objective pulse on your people with independent
and unbiased assessment.
We power your transformation by identifying and bridging
the skills gaps within AI, data science, machine learning,
cloud, AI and data literacy, power skills, and more.
Now is the time to transform your global talent
strategy or risk being left behind.

Skills redefined
Accurate measurement
To provide skills intelligence to organizations
that drives real and meaningful impact, we first
redefined what a skill is. We believe that data
science or data communication are not skills, but
rather domains that include hundreds of skills that
determine a person’s proficiency. Our in-house
team of psychometricians and data and AI experts
partnered with leading subject matter experts to
deconstruct traditional skills into the domains
that exist in our skills ontology today.
This level of granularity matters if you want to truly
understand the skills required to complete a task
compared to the skills your workforce has. Our skills
ontology can be mapped to the industry and roles
your organization has, ensuring complete alignment
between Workera and the skills you need.
Objective measurement of skills is often the missing link in an
organization’s talent strategy. Current approaches are antiquated and
subjective, leading to data that is not meaningful and hard to maintain.
Workera’s AI-powered assessment engine, driven by our granular
skills ontology, is changing the way organizations understand their
people’s skills.
Our computerized adaptive test (CAT) has been developed by
leading psychometricians in partnership with AI and data experts.
The CAT is able to understand the user’s ability as they move through
the assessment, becoming progressively more or less challenging
depending on questions being answered correctly or incorrectly. This
provides an understanding of the user’s skill level across measured
domains with high accuracy.
After all, if you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.

Hyper-personalized learning at scale
By connecting our skills ontology and assessment
engine, Workera provides your organization and
talent with granular insights on strengths and
areas for development.
Our platform uses these insights to enable hyper-
personalized, efficient, and highly-engaging
learning plans at scale. We integrate into your
current learning ecosystem and curate a blended
learning plan for each user. Each learning plan is
precise, directing the user to only content that
tracks to their upskilling goals.
The one-size-fits-all approach to learning is left
behind, along with having to navigate the ever-
growing ocean of content and the wasted hours on
courses that are not relevant.
Workera acts as an AI-powered mentor, moving the
needle on organizational capability, and providing
the data to demonstrate progress and ROI.
