Humans were never designed to work 24/7, yet that is what we are increasingly having to do. Despite clear scientific evidence outlining the performance and impairment variations along our natural body clock, or circadian rhythm we continue to treat ourselves and our workforce as if every hour on the clock is equal. Which they are not.
