I am a Human Resource Management Professional with a Post Graduate degree in ‘Public Relations’ and master’s degree in ‘HR management’ from IBS, Mumbai. I am currently working with HCL Technologies Ltd. in Noida as a Change management and Training Executive. Prior to this, I worked with G.Gheewala Human Resource Consultancy and managed several HR processes including recruitment, training, induction and assessment of attrition patterns. As a part of my MBA, I completed my internship with Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd on employee induction and training.
