Limited, is a Housing Finance Company (HFC)
incorporated in July 1986.
In 33 years, GRUH finance has disbursed a total of ₹

GRUH offers loans for Purchase, Construction, Repair,
Renovation and Extension of houses and offices.
Working in 11 states and has 196 branches- Gujarat,
Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan.
GRUH has provided housing loans for 4,13,631 housing
