On behalf of the Fine Arts Department at Langara College, I am
very pleased to present our 2012 Graduating Exhibition and this
accompanying catalogue.
For 2 years or more these Fine Arts students have been on a
journey that has demanded hours of time, dedication and hard
work. They have struggled and learned to transform ideas and
materials into images and objects. This catalogue is a small
sampling of the beautiful, thoughtful and sometimes challenging
artworks these students have produced.
To the graduating class, we are proud of you all. It has been a
great pleasure to watch you explore and grow and triumph. We
will be watching still as you continue on to new destinations and
reach new goals.
We hope this Exhibition Catalogue will be a poignant reminder
of the achievements and collective energy of this graduating
class of 2012.
