Privacy Act and the Computer Fraud Abuse Act
prohibit intercepting data communications messages,
stealing or destroying data, or trespassing in federal-
related computer system.
• In Malaysia, Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act
2010 (PDPA) regulate the processing of personal data
commercial transactions and to provide for matters
connected therewith and incidental thereto.
