Step 2.1. Click – Create new – button.
Step 3
The default task creation field box pops up.
Step 3.1. Click on the Event link.

The Event creation field box opens.
Step 4.1. Click on the downward arrow tool point (inside the red circle) in the Event field.

Step 5
A list of Event type appears in a window.
Step 5.1. Select the event type.
Step 5.2. Click on the selected event type.
Okumura clicks on, “Meeting” to define the event type.
Enter all the event details in the following order.
Step 5.3. Type rapport names, team name or email ID of any Wittybee user or team as the Reader or
Guest of the event in the – Team – field.
Note – You cannot add two or more teams together in the ” Team” field box to create an event.
Okumura adds Eric Stewart as a Reader or Guest in the – Team – field
Step 5.4. Type the summary of the event.
Step 5.5. Go to the text box and describe the event like Okumura.

Step 5.6. Add the names of the invitees.
Okumura adds the name of the invitees­ Fabian Heuser, Jun Kurihara and Leruo Troskie.
Step 6
Click on the date on which you want to schedule an event.
Okumura adds the date 27 October 2015 in Event field box.
Step 6.1. A window pops up.
Step 6.2. Select the time in the window.
Step 6.3. Click the OK button.
Okumura schedules the event on 27 October 2015 from 4.30 to 6.30 pm.
Step 7
Select the event’s importance from the options.
Okumura selects – Very important – to denote event’s importance.

Step 8
Click – Post event – button.
Once the event is posted all the invitees click – will attend – button in their accounts to confirm their
participation. That confirmation shows up on the right side of the inviter’s event page.
Note – Cancelling the sent invitation to any of the invitees will cancel the entire event.
When all the invitees attend the event and it is over, the inviter moves the status of all the invitees as
“Attended” from “Will Attend”.
Okumura changes the status of Jun, Fabian and Leruo as “Attended” from “Will Attend” by clicking on
the “Attended” link in event page (of the inviter).
