AOM HC Series Hoods are the only
kitchen exhaust hoods that have been
certified to the stringent guidelines of
Australian Standard AS1668.2-2012.
Integrated with AOM FILTRAIR™ and
ADDAIR™technologies,thehoodseliminate
kitchen exhaust duct fire risks and render a
filtration efficiency of 98%, as tested by The
University of Sydney. The hoods filter and
treat oil & grease, smoke, particulates, and
smell generated from cooking processes.
The proprietary hood designs allow for
extracted airflow to be reduced by up to
