1. I was Natalie’s immediate supervisor during our recent deployment to
Helmand Province, Afghanistan from September 2010 to April 2011. I can fully
attest to her intelligence, fortitude, and professionalism. Her cheerfulness
and consideration for others have made her an indispensable part of our unit.
Her fellow Marines are drawn to her by her personality and sincere concern
for others. I fully understand that she must advance in her career and truly
sorry to see her go. It has been a pleasure having her on our team.
2. Throughout the deployment, Natalie performed her duties in an exceptional
manner. She possesses the maturity and leadership qualities to accomplish any
assigned task. Natalie consistently displays tireless work ethic and sets
example for others to follow. She is an innovative self-starter, who rarely
requires little or no supervision. She is a great team player that works well
with both peers and supervisors. She is punctual, consistently exceeds
expectations, performs well under stress and enthusiastically works overtime
to meet deadlines.
