Choosing someone to help you manage your wealth is a
big decision that requires a high level of trust.We believe it
is important that this trust is underpinned by formalised
consumer protection in the guise of regulation and
independent qualifications.
Infinity’s financial consultants are all qualified to give personal
financial advice. In addition to completing our comprehensive
in-house training programme, all consultants must hold the
relevant external qualifications.We actively encourage further
study for advanced industry examinations and all consultants,
regardless of experience, must participate in our Continuing
Professional Development programme.
Infinity Financial Solutions Ltd is registered in Labuan, Malaysia
(company number LL04446) under the Labuan Companies
Act 1990. Infinity’s operations are regulated and supervised by
the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LABUAN FSA) Licence
Number BS200548 and are subject to the legislation of the
Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010.
In Hong Kong, Infinity Financial Solutions Ltd is a member of the
Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers and is permitted
to conduct long term (including unit linked long term)
insurance business. (Membership number # 0462).
Infinity is also licenced by the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident
Fund Schemes Authority, registration number IC000975.

6. How we work The rapport between you and your personal Infinity consultant
is at the heart of your relationship with Infinity. Your consultant
should be a trusted confidant who will assist with your financial
affairs for many years.
The first thing your consultant will do is listen. Once your
consultant understands what you wish to achieve they will
undertake a detailed fact find to assess your current financial
situation. If you are looking for an investment or savings
solution they will also carry out a survey designed to assess your
personal attitude to risk.
When they have all the relevant information they will
research all the available options and potential solutions
before presenting you with a plan individually tailored to your
requirements.
If you accept the plan and become a client, your consultant will
review it with you regularly.Your circumstances and objectives
may change over time so the review process is invaluable for
ensuring you remain on track for whatever you wish to achieve.
Ongoing support is an essential part of our service pledge and
technology today means there are no geographical borders
preventing you from receiving a professional service wherever
you may be based now and in the future.

8. Communications When it comes to your money you need to be informed,
which is why communication is a key part of our service
pledge to clients.
Infinity has invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology to
ensure clients can stay fully informed regarding all aspects of
their portfolios and policies.
Once your policy has been issued you will receive a login to our
Client Online Managed Portfolio Analysis System, COMPAS.This
system provides you with 24/7 access to every detail of your
policies and investments including a full up-to-date valuation.
There is a wealth of information and functionality available
including fund factsheets and detailed breakdowns as well as
performance analysis of all your investments.
In addition to COMPAS, Infinity will send you monthly emails
about your portfolio and regular market updates.

10. Client Charter Our Client Charter sets out the basis of the
relationship between you, Infinity and our
consultants.

11. 1. Infinity is completely independent and not
tied to any financial institution.
2. The advice given by Infinity consultants is
always based on a comprehensive fact find
to determine a client’s current financial
circumstances, future plans, needs, objectives
and attitude to risk.This document is
reviewed regularly.
3. Infinity complies with all current
international legislation on money
laundering and carries out due diligence on
clients and the source of funds.We will fully
explain this process to you.
4. Infinity never handles your money. All
financial dealings are conducted between
you and the financial institution concerned.
5. Prior to completion of the relevant
application forms Infinity will always fully
explain the products it recommends and will
provide you with all relevant documentation
concerning those products including the
product brochure, technical guide and
Product Key Facts Statement from the
relevant financial institution.
6. Any fees and possible cancellation penalties
that you may incur will be fully explained by
Infinity prior to application.
7. Infinity will, where relevant, make clear that
unit values can go down as well as up and
that past performance is not necessarily a
guide to future performance.
8. If an investment fund within an insurance
policy generates additional initial
commission we undertake to rebate this
commission to you in full by way of increased
allocation. If exit penalties apply these will
be highlighted to you in writing.
9. As part of our commitment to building long
term business relationships, Infinity’s service
includes regular face to face meetings with
all of our clients.
10. All Infinity clients will be provided with direct
contact details of a senior member of the
Board of Directors.

Trevor was one of the three founders of Infinity
in 2004 and has worked tirelessly to build
the company into a regional brand. He is a
holder of the Financial Advisers’International
Qualification, a member of the Chartered
Insurance Institute and holds a number of
regional qualifications.

A founding partner of Infinity with a financial
services career spanning almost three decades
and as many continents, Ben contributes a
wealth of experience to Infinity. He specialises
in financial, regulatory and compliance
