The New Brunswick Institute for Data, Research and Training works with the Government of New Brunswick to train policy analysts, economists, and government advisors in evidence-informed policy.
2. NB-IRDT STRATEGIC PLAN
Goal 2: To increase research capacity and evidence-based
decision-making using New Brunswick administrative data
2.1. Develop an NB-IRDT training strategy by September of 2018. The
strategy will define what types of training are offered, ways to recognize
the trainees (e.g. certificates), guidelines on length of courses, annual
targets, courses that are offered annually, and means for evaluating the
training being offered.
2.2. Each summer, beginning in 2018, develop an annual training
calendar for NB-IRDT and make it available by September.
