Human Factors of XR: Using Human Factors to Design XR Systems
Presentation3
1. How did you use new
technologies, in the
construction and
research, planning and
evaluation stages?
2. Blogger acted like a diary throughout the
course of the project. It was a great way
to log our feedbacks our research any
planning we did and was a great way to
present our projects on a whole. I found
blogger a great way to communicate with
the rest of my group and also gave us the
ability to help one another out.
Blogger...
3. Along side blogger this software was the
useful resource at the start of our project
were we could collect data from our
audience in terms of what they expect to
see within a dance music video which
enabled us to gain an analysis from our
posted questionnaires and directly gave
us answers and feedback.
Survey Monkey...
4. Youtube...
Youtube was a importance in the
presentation, construction and
research stage of our project as it
allowed us to find current dance
music videos and upload them to our
blogs enabling us analyse them for
our research into existing products.
Such videos from our chosen artists
Calvin Harris. It has been helpful
having both youtube and blogger as
they work together really well.
Youtube also gave us that visually
more interesting aspect to our
research. It also allowed us to post
and upload our finished final video
online allowing our audience to view
and leave comments or feedback.
5. All three are examples of
Facebook popular social networking
sites. All three are used for
Twitter and
as a way of communications
people however but we
used them as a tool to gain
Hotmail... responses in relation to
questionnaires we posted
created on surveymonkey.
In order to gain responses
we posted links on our
personal accounts or
constructed emails to send
out our links in the hope to
gain responses from our
friends and family. Without
the use of these sites it
would have been proven to
be very difficult to gain any
feedback on our
questionnaires.
