Recognize this?
I hate it when I
make mistakes.
I wish I could
do things right
the first time
around, rather
than make a
mess of them.
Heavenly value:
Making mistakes, and learning from them, is a part of life.
You shouldn't feel bad when you make mistakes. Mistakes
equal progress and growth. Everyone makes mistakes, and
particularly when you are young, there's so much for you
to learn, and the cycle of making mistakes teaches you
things you couldn't have learned any other way.
Look at making mistakes in something as part of a growth
cycle, because that's how Jesus sees it! Our mistakes can
help us draw closer to Jesus, teach us humility, give us
extra satisfaction in our achievements, and help us learn
and grow in important skills needed for a happy life.
What the Bible says: Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept your word. (Psalm 119:67 AKJV)
