2. • Legal drafting & reviewing external legal counsel engagement policy and negotiate retainer agreements with
external legal counsel and maintaining effective liaison with external counsel for management of company’s
litigations.
• Travel to company’s Locations in order to personally liaise with Company Officials, to address their legal
issues.
• Appear before District/Sub Registrars to register Company’s commercial documents such as Petroleum
