2. MUTASIM ARCHITECTS was established in 2010 with a commitment to provide
high quality services to clients. Since its establishment the firm has been providing
complete architectural services to variety of private, corporate and institutional clients
and it’s our goal to establish and build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with
our clients.
Since its founding in 2010, "MUTASIM ARCHITECTS" has become the leading company
for the architectural matters especially in "EVACUATION PLANS" in Pakistan We are
very conscious about Health & Safety issues. As we all know that; at every site, health
& safety is a big element of compliance especially of social compliance. Evacuation Plan
/ Emergency Plans are the prominent element of health & safety and "MUTASIM
ARCHITECTS" have been involved in this topic keeping in view the local & international
standards of health & safety.
By choice we are small firm but are capable to handle a project of any scale.
1. Emergency Evacuation Plans are developed to ensure the safest and most
efficient evacuation time of all expected residents of a structure. A
benchmark "evacuation time" for different hazards and conditions is established.
These benchmarks can be established through using best practices, regulations, or
using simulations, such as modeling the flow of people in a building, to determine the
benchmark. In the proper evacuation plan shows multiple exits, contra-flow lanes, and
special technologies to ensure full, fast and complete evacuation.
2. Evacuation Plan is necessary not only to comply international, national and
provincial law but also very helpful in guiding effectively and easily to trained persons,
untrained persons, new fellows or guests about the steps to be followed at time of
emergency for safe evacuation from the building where there is any element present in
the area which may impede safe evacuation at the time of need.
