with a variety of clients including major national corporations, private businesses,

Murtadha M.A. Taqi is the founder and Managing Director of the firm. He started
his law firm in the year 2008 & is today one of the independent law firm’s fully
compliance with current laws of the Sultanate and its practices.
LOCATION
Headquarters based in Al Khuwair, Muscat and with strong local focus in the
areas of commercial business litigation, arbitration, legal advisory services and
other matters, the firm’s key objective is to achieve its clients' satisfaction,
effectively and efficiently.
SERVICES
We offer all legal consultancy services including representing client in Primary,
Appeal and Supreme Court, providing full suit of legal opinions , assist clients in
vetting and drafting agreements , act as arbitrator and as advisor in the
arbitration, attend AGM & EGM on behalf client proxy, ensure client is
compliance with the local laws , provide legal services pertaining labor issues,

financial instruments, debt recovery, commercial and criminal proceedings
,Capital Market Authority (MSM) related matters, retainer to firms as their in
house legal advisory services and can facilitate out of Muscat area court matters.

The firm is proud to represent dedicate team of lawyers with high caliber
professional expertise and wide representation. The team consists of 8 senior
lawyers, 3 Advisors /Experts and 2 Para legal client services experts.
Out of 8 senior lawyers, 4 are dedicated to represent the client & attend in all
court proceedings with expertise in Primary, Appeal & Supreme Court
representation. The other 4 have the expertise in preparing the case with areas
of specialization in Primary and Appeal court cases.
We also have full time back office support staff (3 nos) to provide administrative
and communication support to our clients on daily basis.

Working as Compliance Officer in M/S United securities until 2008 before
starting his own Practice.
