Hired to become part of a new service delivery team to provide professional services to fast growing organization. Weekly tasks included preparing new hire equipments, account management for security permission with active directory, unassigned tickets management with Foot Prints, VoIP services with Cisco CUCM help desk support and computer repairing, deskside support, mobile phone services, and network troubleshooting. In addition to the weekly tasks performed personal projects to improve areas of business where efficiency and performance can be increased or cost of a service can be decreased.
Key Contributions:
• Developed a website which unified all IT service links into a single homepage to increase productivity. Additional services were added to this website to improve customer services by converting all paper based applications into online forms, creating an IT KIOSK for self services, and developed back-end database to record survery results. Website was developed with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Java Script, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX.
• Met the expected quantity and quality of work, set by IT management, by completing 15 tickets or more per day with 95% customer satisfaction rate annually.
• Created an IT training program which quickly prepared new team members for work, in addition to proving one on one training. Assisted team members as leader when needed.
• Managed AIR's newcall center project by configuring over 50 agent workstation, designing the LAN, installing router, switches, UPS units, and configuring physical setup of the office while maintaining own work load. Project was completed within time frame.
• Managed AIR's Ohio office move project by moving all equipment including network devices including router, switches, and the server rack to new location. Installed WAP, patched network cables, installed printers, configured computers, and installed VoIP phones. Performed quality of services and completed project by meeting all requirements on time.
