- 7. CIBS Reward : 1stMini Board For all new members, you can qualify for your 1st Mini Board Reward without referring any member. When your 1st board doubles, you will be rewarded Rs 10,000 or Rs 20,000 if you choose the Fast Track and you qualify for your 2nd Mini Board entry. 2nd Mini Board Onwards From 2nd Mini Board onwards, you need to refer Minimum 2 members to qualify for the CIBS Unlimited Mini Board Reward. CIBS Reward :Leadership Reward Rank Mini Board Qualification Mini Board Leadership Reward Main Board Leadership Reward Silver Director 6 Boards Rs 500 Rs 2500 Gold Director 12 Boards Rs 750 Rs 3750 Platinum Director 18 Boards Rs 1000 Rs 5000 When you complete 6 Mini Boards, you will become a Silver Director and will be rewarded Rs 500 for every Mini Board completion and Rs 2500 for every Main Board completion in your Group. When you complete 12 Mini Boards, you will become a Gold Director and will be rewarded Rs 750 for every Mini Board completion and Rs 3750 for every Main Board completion in your Group Note : You will Override the difference from your Silver Directors. When you complete 18 Mini Boards, you will become a Platinum Director and will be rewarded Rs 1000 for every Mini Board completion and Rs 5000 for every Main Board completion in your Group. Note : You Override the difference from your Gold Directors & Silver Directors. You need to complete a Minimum of 6 Mini Boards to enjoy your Leadership Reward from your Group.
