There are two main pattern of Medical facility to IESCO
employees: -
(1) Monthly Medical Allowance of Rs. 1000/- for all
employees BPS-1 to 16 who are not availing the
medical facilities from Wapda Hospital/dispensary.
(2) All officers are allowed to get medical facility from
Wapda Hospital/dispensary or the hospital where the
Wapda doctors have referred him/her.

Special rates are admissible in Hyderabad, Karachi,
Sukkur, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Multan, Quetta,
Sargodha, Sialkot, Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi,
Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Northern Areas,
Muzaffarabad.
 Regular employees on completion of 25 years continuous
service OR on attaining the age of superannuation i.e. 60
years are eligible for Pension/Commutation benefits formula
of which is as under: -
Gross Pension = Service/30 x 70/100
 This total amount is further divided into two parts: -
(1) 35% - Commutation of Gross Pension (35x12xage
formula)
(2) 65% - Monthly Pension of Gross Pension

On outstanding performance in a given task the Chief
Executive Officer, IESCO is competent to award Rs.
5,000/- to an employee
Incentive promotion other than normal promotion is allowed to
IESCO employee on fulfilling the below mentioned pre-requisites: -
(1) Five years service in present grade
(2) Last Five years outstanding Annual Confidential Reports
(3) Passing of Departmental Promotion Examination
(4) Clearing of Departmental Promotion Training
(5) No inquiry/Audit para pending against the employee
(6) Not Penalty has been imposed on the employee
(7) Two certificates of Hussn-e-Karkardi
(8) One Performance Award of Rs. 2500/-
Leave Encashment
365-days Leave encashment is admissible to IESCO
employees on completing 31 years service or at the age
of superannuation. LPR is admissible on 25 years
qualifying service. However, in both conditions
availability of 365-days leave in balance is mandatory.
Long Loan for House/Plot/
Vehicle
A regular employee who have been in the service of
the authority for not less than five years is eligible
for a loan for house/plot/motorcycle. This will be
recovered by the deduction of monthly
installments, equal to over one hundred and
twentieth part (120) of the total advance from the
pay bills of the employee concerned
Bonus
One (01) basic pay is admissible to the employees of
IESCO if the company achieves higher progress
than other companies in Line Losses, Recovery
and T&D Losses
Employment of diseased employee
Son/Daughter/Wife/Brother without any
recruitment/selection formalities against the
post commensurating to his qualification

 Extra Ordinary Leave - 2 years (extendable) without
pay
 Hajj Leave - 45 days
 Study Leave - 2 years
The maximum period of admissible leave on full pay is: -
(1) Without medical certificate - 120 days
(2) With medical certificate - 180 days
(3) On medical certificate from in entire service - 365 days
A small amount has been deducted from the salary of
the permanent employees in the form of GPF on
which 14% interest (annually) has been granted. If an
employee wants to withdraw any amount from his GPF
account before the age of 45 the said amount has been
recovered before his retirement.

There are two main pattern of Medical facility to IESCO employees: - (1) Monthly Medical Allowance of Rs. 1000/- for all employees BPS-1 to 16 who are not availing the medical facilities from Wapda Hospital/dispensary. (2) All officers are allowed to get medical facility from Wapda Hospital/dispensary or the hospital where the Wapda doctors have referred him/her.

  • 16. Incentive promotion other than normal promotion is allowed to IESCO employee on fulfilling the below mentioned pre-requisites: - (1) Five years service in present grade (2) Last Five years outstanding Annual Confidential Reports (3) Passing of Departmental Promotion Examination (4) Clearing of Departmental Promotion Training (5) No inquiry/Audit para pending against the employee (6) Not Penalty has been imposed on the employee (7) Two certificates of Hussn-e-Karkardi (8) One Performance Award of Rs. 2500/-
  • 17. Leave Encashment 365-days Leave encashment is admissible to IESCO employees on completing 31 years service or at the age of superannuation. LPR is admissible on 25 years qualifying service. However, in both conditions availability of 365-days leave in balance is mandatory.
  • 18. Long Loan for House/Plot/ Vehicle A regular employee who have been in the service of the authority for not less than five years is eligible for a loan for house/plot/motorcycle. This will be recovered by the deduction of monthly installments, equal to over one hundred and twentieth part (120) of the total advance from the pay bills of the employee concerned
  • 19. Bonus One (01) basic pay is admissible to the employees of IESCO if the company achieves higher progress than other companies in Line Losses, Recovery and T&D Losses
  • 20. Employment of diseased employee Son/Daughter/Wife/Brother without any recruitment/selection formalities against the post commensurating to his qualification

  • 23. A small amount has been deducted from the salary of the permanent employees in the form of GPF on which 14% interest (annually) has been granted. If an employee wants to withdraw any amount from his GPF account before the age of 45 the said amount has been recovered before his retirement.
