Article I. Name and Objectives
Section A. The Association shall be named “Curvada-Dicarma Drivers’ Cooperative”
Section B. Objectives:
1. The cooperative aims to improve the economic well-being of its members by providing
them with a collective platform to pool resources, negotiate fair fares, and access
opportunities that might be difficult to obtain as individual drivers.
2. Ensuring that members receive a fair share of the income generated by the
cooperative's operations. This might include setting transparent revenue-sharing
models or ensuring that all members have equal opportunities to work.
3. The cooperative seeks to maintain high standards of service by setting guidelines and
codes of conduct for its members. This can include requirements for professional
behavior, cleanliness of vehicles, and adherence to traffic rules.
4. In some cases, a tricycle driver's cooperative might engage in community support
initiatives, such as providing free or discounted rides for the elderly or people with
disabilities.
5. Fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among tricycle drivers by promoting
teamwork and mutual support.
Article II. Membership
Define the criteria for becoming a member of the association, including any eligibility requirements,

1. Holding a Valid Driver’s License: a member of Curvada-Dicarma Drivers’ Cooperative must hold a
valid and active tricycle driver's license issued by LTO.
2. Good Driving Record: Applicants may need to demonstrate a clean driving record without a
history of serious traffic violations and unlawful behavior (background check to ensure they do
not have any criminal record or relevant issues that might compromise passenger safety).

every last week of July.
2. Fair Income Distribution: The right to receive a fair share of the income generated by the
cooperative's operations, based on the agreed-upon revenue-sharing every 2nd week of
December.

the cooperative, ensuring equal chances of work among the members.
4. Support and Representation: The right to receive support and representation from the
cooperative in case of disputes with passengers, authorities, or other stakeholders.
