6. Conclusion
When we come down to projects
implementation phase, so many projects
could not be reaching their objectives as
planned either because of; Technical,
Financial, Political and Social barriers and
thus reflected negatively on developmental
efforts, so we would like to pay more
attention to the implementation aspects.
