2a. Course Objectives:
The overall objective of the Course is to:
1. Familiarize the concepts of Accounting Standards.
2. Explain the framework for Preparation of Financial Statements
3. Implement various Ind Accounting Standards in Financial Statements
4. Equip students to understand the Accounting Standards for items not appearing in
Financial Statements
5. Provide necessary skills and knowledge to prepare Consolidated Financial statements

On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Execute the base theories for Indian Companies
2. Analyse the importance of Preparation of Financial statements in a Company.

given. The evaluated assignment can be collected from the faculty after five working days. Late
