Step 1: Use the scarf to tie each stool to
one of your feet
Step 2: Walk to a shallow water-covered
surface, such as a shallow pond, a
bathtub with water
Step 2: Perform yoga standing pose on
the stools. Scarves can be use to add
elegance to the pose
