Establishing an independent consulting practice in June, 2000, Mike Jaroch has lent his
executive coaching and mentoring skills to both individuals and teams based on his over thirty-
five years as a strategic tactician in human resources management. Major areas of experience
include acquisition integration, executive assessment & selection, succession planning, executive
and sales compensation strategy/implementation, organizational development, high-growth
recruitment, staff relations/communications, and compensation and benefits strategy.
Contributing to his business expertise and leadership skills, Mr. Jaroch has held executive level
positions for Fortune 50 and start-up business ventures. Heading his own independent consulting
practice, he effectively applies his coaching and management skills to serve as a strategic partner
to executive leaders and their teams, raising the level of excellence in execution.

Corporate experience includes serving as Vice President Human Resources & Administration for
HealtheTech, Inc., a medical device and software firm, where he established and grew the human
resources and administration functions during the company’s pre and post-IPO phase of
operations. He served as SVP of Human Resources with Extant, a telecom company for voice,
data, and video transmissions, through their first year of operation and purchase by Dynegy
Corporation.
Mr. Jaroch was the Senior Vice President for Human Resources for New Era of Networks, Inc.
(NEON), a leader in the application integration software industry. He served for 3 ½ years,
through the start-up, initial public offering and high-growth stages. He was intimately involved
in the eight international and domestic acquisitions that NEON completed, assuming the
additional responsibility for leading NEON’s acquisition integration program. NEON is now the
eBusiness Division of Sybase Corporation. Prior positions include working with Lockheed-
Martin, Marietta, GA. (5 yrs.) and Baxter Healthcare, Deerfield, IL. (12 yrs.)
Mr. Jaroch earned his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and his
Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Bus. Admin. from Northern Illinois University. He is a
member of the International Business Circle of Colorado, and has been an Adjunct Professor at
the University of Denver’s College of Business and Graduate School for International Studies,
where he instructed on Strategic Human Resource Management. Mike is also the author of
“Extraordinary Lessons From An Ordinary Life” published in 2011.
