Senior Design Project with Norwalt Design,Newark,DE 9/2015 to 12/2015
Project Leader
Designed and built two redesigns of Norwalt’s high speed beverage cap inhibit system to increase production
speed from 720 PPM to 1200 PPM.
Presented the project to our sponsor and a panel of engineers and received the ASME Outstanding Senior
Project Presentation Award.
Junior Design Project with Merck & Co.,Newark,DE 2/2015 to 5/2015
Project Leader
Developed a solution to an ergonomic problem that Merck & Co. is having with the manual labeling of the
tops of their bead bottles.
Designed a more automated process to make this job easier and faster for the workers who are currently
tasked to manually label upwards of 1000 bottles/day per worker.

Undergraduate Research Assistant (assisted Dr. Bazle G. Haque)
Developed and wrote FORTRAN code to be used in conjunction with LS-DYNA to model damage on armor
composites using MAT-162 for CORVID Technologies.
Developed and applied graduate level composites and mechanics of solids theory to create an accurate
working damage model.
