 Designed and built two redesigns of Norwalt’s high speed beverage cap inhibit system to increase production
speed from 720 PPM to 1200 PPM.
 Presented the project to our sponsor and a panel of engineers and received the ASME Outstanding Senior
Project Presentation Award.
Junior Design Project with Merck & Co.,Newark,DE 2/2015 to 5/2015
 Project Leader
 Developed a solution to an ergonomic problem that Merck & Co. is having with the manual labeling of the
tops of their bead bottles.
 Designed a more automated process to make this job easier and faster for the workers who are currently
tasked to manually label upwards of 1000 bottles/day per worker.
University ofDelaware Center for Composite Materials (CCM),Newark,DE 6/2014 to 4/2015
 Undergraduate Research Assistant (assisted Dr. Bazle G. Haque)
 Developed and wrote FORTRAN code to be used in conjunction with LS-DYNA to model damage on armor
composites using MAT-162 for CORVID Technologies.
 Developed and applied graduate level composites and mechanics of solids theory to create an accurate
working damage model.
