assets of the Pension Fund of the Christian Church and
to reflect the sponsorship of the Christian
Church(Disciples of Christ) with the Pension Fund as
Trustee
• Available to all clergy and lay employees of the
Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the Stone-
Campbell Tradition

– $500 individual deductible, $1500 aggregate family deductible
– Benefits paid after deductible in –network at 80% up to $2000
out of pocket maximum, then 100% for the balance of the
calendar year

deductible has been met and we will credit your account.
