professional positions at the City of El Paso, Texas (Population: 661,850; 6,000 employees), 
the nation’s 19th largest city 
 
Assistant to CFO, City Manager’s Office (April 2011‐Present).  
 Business  Manager/Liaison  for  Financail  Serviceds  Department,  CMO,  Mayor  and 
Council on finance, budget, HR and purchasing issues.  
 Demonstrated  ability  to  analyze  and  report  information  from  PS  9.1,  HR  system, 
benchmarking and other research and report to staff and elected officials in writing and 
verbally through letters, memos, posts to City Manager’s weekly brief and meetings.  
 Project Manager for EPWU Cost Allocation Study  
 Helped to oversee utility franchises (ONEGAS/EP Electric) 
 Developed list of benchmark cities for El Paso
