Michael J. O'Reilly graduated from the
Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State
University, and Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
Mr. O'Reilly has been a practicing lawyer for 30
years. He served as Staff Counsel with an office
tower developer and then as General Counsel
to a shopping center developer before entering
private practice. Mr. O'Reilly has put together
complex real estate financings, purchases,
leases, and property exchanges and also
represented companies and individuals on
zoning, environmental law, real estate tax
reduction, condominium law, and eminent
domain legal issues. Mr. O'Reilly is available for
complex commercial real estate matters, and
also offers residential real estate legal services.
Mr. O'Reilly has handled many kinds of real
estate litigation including quiet title cases,
foreclosure defense, breach of contract, and
fraud. Michael also handles estate planning and
probate matters. The services provided include
wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care
directives, and estate administration. He has
engaged in probate litigation, including will
contests and asset disposition disputes. Mr.
O'Reilly has lectured in legal subjects to other
attorneys, and Realtors. Michael tries to make
the legal process as worry-free as possible for
his clients.
Brian Calandra graduated from Ohio
University where he earned his B.A. in Political
Science. He received his law degree from
Capital University Law School in 2009. Mr.
Calandra is engaged in the general practice of
law, with an emphasis on corporate matters,
civil litigation, real estate and construction
law. Mr. Calandra has had the opportunity to
represent clients throughout the state of Ohio,
including Appellate Courts and the United
States District Court for the Southern Districts
of Ohio. Mr. Calandra is a member of The
Fairfield County Bar Association, The Ohio State
Bar Association Fairfield County Charity
Newsies, Young Professionals of
Lancaster/Fairfield County, and Serves as
Executive Board Member for Habitat for
Humanity of Fairfield County. Brian treats law
not as simply a business but as a profession that
serves the community by providing an orderly
means for the resolution of disputes.
Andrew C. Clark has extensive litigation
experience in the trial and appellate courts of
Ohio. Andrew obtained his bachelor's degree in
Computer Science from Ohio Dominican
University and his law degree from Capital
University Law School. He is licensed in State
Courts of Ohio, including Appellate Courts and
the United States District Court for the
Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. He is
actively involved with the American Bar
Association and Ohio State Bar Association.
Before joining O’Reilly Law, he practiced at a
firm focusing on real estate and contract
litigation where he represented several of the
nation’s largest banks and mortgage servicers.
Andrew has experience representing individuals
as well as major institutional clients and is eager
to help clients identify and achieve their
goals. On court matters his goal is to help
clients manage litigation risk through
comprehensive planning, careful
documentation, and efficient litigation
strategies. In his free time, Andrew likes to
participate in triathlons, spend time with
friends, and simply enjoy life with his wife, two
children, and black lab.
