Hired as Level II support and QA Engineering I oversaw the QA of 4 major and several minor releases. I was able to
improve the existing test methods by adding cross‑browser, OS, and device testing. I then created automation for the highly
repeatable tests using iMacros/CasperJS and as a result I was able to reduce test suite execution times to about one half.

Hired as a Jr. DBA I started performing data driven testing and quickly became the product owner of 4 lagship
product offerings. As a product owner I guided development of each offering by providing initial speci ications, additional
enhancement requests, and by creating, tracking, and resolving issues in Bugzilla. I worked very closely with the offshore
development teams to guide product design and development. I used applications like Pencil and Mockups to accurately
guide all 4 applications from their alpha and design stages to fully matured and marketable products. I made many
contributions to various desktop applications as well as my own and contributed heavily to the visual re inements of all of
the applications. I created several large queries for 600+ databases on different machines that helped to uncover billions in
customer invoice data that was missing, silently failing, or that hadn’t been processed. I wrote a series of regular
expressions to correct bad input data formats prior to failed processing. My efforts enabled processing of a very large
volume of additional data (5‑6 million in invoices) and realized approximately $250,000.00 in unclaimed revenues. I
speci ied improvements to the download tool functionality that improved scraping success from approximately 60% to
97% for FedEx and from 95% to 98% for UPS.
The company also had a mobile application that I created the social presence for with a near zero budget. I also
used Adobe Muse to create the brochure site found here: www.easytrackapp.com . I used Google Analytics to review
application stickiness and to review marketing efforts and their effort‑to‑returns values as well as de ine the user types for
the online reporting more thoroughly pointing the company away from IE and towards Chrome and modern web reporting.

Hired to perform continued user testing and take on the role of multi‑sensor reporting. I utilized existing
experience to continue guiding the development teams when enhancing the alignment of the report generation software. I
would shell into UNIX machines to generate matlab reports. I became the product owner of the high‑value large diameter
multi‑sensor platform and team. I was responsible for the inal QA of reports. I used my existing knowledge to create
lowcharts providing transparency for the processing methods as a whole. I received an exemplary 8% raise from the
project I took on. It greatly assisted management in identifying and correcting chokepoints in collection and processing.
We were able to develop improved processes and commission criteria for ield workers that increased the useful billable
footage by 30%. The reduced deploys and overhead cut redeployment costs while increasing commission payouts by about
10%. Lastly, I trained several coworkers from reporting and the ield including in depth training for my manager.

Hired to survey land and properties to evaluate installation potential proceeded by performing those installations
where possible. I installed exterior hardware, coax, phone, and ethernet as needed and set up and activated all hardware. I
received 2 technician level raises for excellent customer service and highly reliable installations achieving some of the
highest in‑of ice customer satisfaction rating scores between 95‑99% as a fully quali ied and SBCA licensed KaKu high
de inition satellite dish, lines, phone, ethernet, and console hardware installer.
