Melvin Banks Jr. worked for the New York Institute of Technology in
our office of information technology (oit). As the director of internal
operation for the admissions and recruitment, I have unique opportunity
interface and assess the abilities of the entire oit team. During the period
on one an a half years, I discovered Melvin to be more than dependable
and a team player. In my opinion, his work is superior. I have found him
to be cooperative, organized, and detail oriented — three qualities that I
most appreciate.
I am deeply sorry he left the New York Institute of Technology, and I
sincerely believe that whoever is fortunate enough to have him will be
rewarded with work well done.
Furthermore, I have found Melvin extremely loyal to those he serves.
