1. Rules・ルール
This is a speed-dating style conversation
activity which will last 1 hour. You and your
partner will be speaking different languages
with each other so that you can both
practise your language skills.
• English speakers must speak in Japanese.
• If your partner speaks the same native
language as you, you must speak
together in your non-native language (no
cheating!)
• After 5 minutes you will change partners
• We will give you a discussion topic and
some examples of what to discuss with
your partner.
• The discussion topic will change after 30
minutes.
これは約１時間、1対1形式で行われる会話
練習です。イギリス人も日本人が英語を勉
強するのと同じように、パートナー同士別の
言語で話すこと。（つまり、日本人は英語で
質問を聞き、イギリス人は日本語で答えま
す。）
• イギリス人は日本語で話してください
• パートナーが同じ国籍であれば二人は学
習中の言語で話してください （つまり、
パートナーも日本人であれば、二人は英
語で話してください。）
• 各5分でパートナーを入れ替えます
• 決めた議論トピックについて話してくださ
い
• 議論トピックは30分後に変わります

Halloween ハロウィーン
For example:
What I will do for Halloween, what I used to do
as a child for Halloween, what I like/dislike
about Halloween, differences between England
and Japan
