The number of billionaires went from 821 to 792 in Europe (4%) and their wealth went from $2.3T to $2.2T (7%). In North America, the number of billionaires increased from 727 to 750 (3%), but the total wealth of North American billionaires declined 5% from $3.3T to $3.1T.
