4. What is product development?
The creation of products with new or different
characteristics that offer new or additional
benefits to the customer . Products
development may be involve modification of an
existing product or its presentation ,or
formulation of an entirely new product that
satisfies newly defined customer want or
market nice.
We can develop products from various waste
fabric.

5. What is waste fabric ?
Waste fabric is a material that is deemed
unusable for its original purpose by the
owner. Waste fabric is include fashion and
textile industry waste, created during textile
and clothing production, and consumer
waste, created during consumer use and
disposal.

 Waste fabric recycling is the process by which
waste fabric & other old clothing , textiles are
recovered for reuse. The importance of
recycling textiles is increasingly being
recognized. Over 80 billion garments produce
annually worldwide & during making those
garments a lot amount wastage is produced.
Once in land fields, natural fibres can take 100
of years to decomposes. They may release C02
gas into the atmosphere & the synthetic
textiles are designed not to decompose.

8. That’s why if we can produce various product
from the waste fabric that will be very helpful for
us.Recycling of waste fabric provide the following
benefits:
• Decreases the landfill space.
• Reduces the cost of product.
• Reduces the consumption of virgin fabric.
• Avoid some environment pollution.
• We can make the waste fabric into a useable
& profitable products.

We can produce different type of wearable
items such as: Cap, Socks, Hand gloves, Dolls,
Carpets etc.

A tourist cap is a form of headgear. Caps have
crowns that fit very close to the head. They are
typically designed for warmth, when including a
visor used for blocking sunlight from the eyes.
 Necessity of Cap:
A hat is worn for various reasons, including
protection against weather conditions, ceremonial
reasons such as university graduation, religious
reasons. The tourist use or worn the cap for safety
of eye ,face from the sunlight or as a fashion
accessory.

 Free from dust: We have to to produce such types of
cap that don’t absorb the dust.
 Reducing heat : various types of glass fibre can be
used to reflect the sunlight which reduces the heat.
 Unique style & design : By adding some new style &
design we can make the cap more stylish &
fashionable as a result tourist will be attracted to use
the cap.
