It known as a busy place in summer with different customers from every part of the world. I

This is a very high standard night club where I used to help the barmen during very busy
shifts making cocktails such as Mojito, Pina Colada, Caipirinha, Long Island, Bloody Mary,
Gin and Tonic, and glasses of Kumala, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet and a host of
Champagnes. I was a bar back, commis waiter as well as bartender when the nights were
extremely busy.
From Jan 2010 to Aug 2010: Bartender assistant at Freedom Bar – London
This is a very busy night bar in Soho area where I used to work as bar back. In this place I
used to keep the bar clean and tidy, do the stock of the bottles before, during and after the
working nights. Also I used to collect glasses, clean floor during the nights and collect
deliveries such as spirits, beers, wines, and a host of alcoholic drinks. This place used to do
over two hundreds covers per nights and I have learned how wonderful bar work is.
From Jun 2009 to Dec 2009: Waiter/Catering assistant Babylon Restaurant of the Roof
Gardens, High Street Kensington – London
This is a two Rosette Restaurant owned by Richard Branson of Virgin international company.
It is a very luxury and busy place and it used to do even three hundred covers per day in a fine
dining high standard level. In this place I was a commis waiter. My duty was to fill the
ramekins of butter, polish glasses, cutleries and also during the busy services I used to speak
with the customers and serve them drinks and dishes. Cleaning all kitchen utensils and
equipment, plates and cutlery from the restaurant. Operate regular / kitchen restaurant
cleaning on a day-to-day basis. Keep restaurant tables / area tidy and act as a "runner" during
service times.
From Oct 2008 to May 2009: Waiter/Catering assistant at Bingham Hotel – Richmond
• Responsible for dish-washing machine in regards to cleaning and correct operation.
• Maintaining a professional approach at all times, conducting in a clean, hygienic and
orderly manner.
• Maintaining health and safety at work practices at all times.
