以 Startup 孵化器的模式,透過 Demo Days《星光⼤大道》選秀的激
烈競爭模式,發掘餐飲界的Chef 新秀。Demo Days 過關的新秀,
可將其產品放在官網上供⼤大眾預購(抽%),賣的好的產品可成為
本站Top10 產品。簽約成為《主廚之家》之駐點主廚(CIR),參與
《主廚培訓計畫》與官網其他服務(主廚到家,教學課程等)並可
抽%。表現優良者可獲我們投資開店,展店⾄至國外,加盟服務。
1. 開發CHEF
1. 開南餐飲,⾼高雄餐旅,其他餐飲學校
2. 各餐廳 2,3,4廚
3. 任何對⾃自⼰己廚藝有信⼼心的⼈人
4. ⼈人數/種類:⼈人越多越好,種類越多越好,宣傳效果越佳。
⾯面試流程: 以傑出Chef可獲投資創業開店為誘因,請有興趣參賽者投遞
履歷,與最有信⼼心之產品給我們做初步審核。通過初步審核者,將安排參
加 Demo Days。
2. DEMO DAYS
通過初步審核之主廚,將可參加 Demo Days。
- 每次Demo Days 可有多位Chef 參賽
- 評審: 孵化器Mentor,Blogger,雜誌,明星,名⼈人。
- 也可玩其他,名⼈人對抗賽。
Demo Days 流程:主廚現場⾃自我介紹,製作並解說產品,最後供評審嘗
試,打分數。現場將有主持⼈人,照相與錄影(Marketing Material)。依照分
數⾼高低安排上網順序,主廚產品可以上官網供預購(Kick-Starter)。
3.預購產品
Demo Days 結束後請合格之Chefs 先簽經紀約,依照評審給的分數安排時
間上預購網站供預購,再給點時間讓話題發酵(Marketing material, 美⻝⾷食部
落格)。限期,限量,之後可依據預購資料(賣出數量)決定是否成為官
網之Top10 固定販售產品。每賣⼀一個產品主廚可抽%(Affliate)

4.TOP10 主打產品
依據預購銷售資料來決定是否可成為官網Top 10 主打產品,Top 10 產品
以每週產品銷售量計算排名,每賣個產品主廚可抽%。Demo Days 預購
銷售成績優者可取代Top10 成績差者,成為新的Top 10。從Top 10 被擠下
的主廚必須推出新產品再從(預購)開始,但依舊可參與孵化器與其他可
抽%服務。
