Marzia believes in the power of collaborative intelligence and in the potential of the cross-pollination between business and design. In the past 10 years she has been involved in a series of cutting edge projects aimed to bring service design thinking into innovation processes, working with more than 100 Global 2000 organisations worldwide. She currently works as Head of Insight at Livework. She is one of the 13 researchers selected worldwide by DESMA, the European Design Management Network, to investigate how Design can become driver for innovation in Europe in the next five years.
