The purpose of this quality manual is to ensure our customers that our operation is
controlled and monitored through inception of, and adherence to, a quality assurance
program appropriately under Excel’s standards. Excel Storage Solutions is a custom manufacturer
of a wide range of uniquely engineered, high-performance, high-density, integrated storage
systems. All requirements of the quality assurance management system are implemented
into every aspect of our daily operations. Our management team monitors all operations, and
initiates improvements to processes and procedures on a regular basis where appropriate.
The following Quality Policy and objectives have been reviewed by Excel’s
Executive Management and is the one by which the business is driven.
To Excel, quality means being the world's most customer-responsive
storage system company.
As our company grows, so must our people and the products
and programs we offer customers.
To that extent, we must and will continuously redefine all aspects of the
