I am an employment lawyer with a background in HR management and employee relations. I have worked as an HR manager in manufacturing and in facilities management, this means that the advice I give is practical, down to earth and above all, business focused. I have over ten years’ experience acting for employers in the employment tribunal as well as dispute resolution in both unionised and non-union environments. I am also passionate about employment law and HR training. I can develop and deliver programmes tailored to your organisation’s needs.
