Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we link
arms and do battle together. That’s why the Battle for the Heart process is
built to be experienced in teams. Together, participants join the fight for a
deeply personal understanding of God and His incredible love and grace.
Community is not the end result: it’s the pathway to significant, sustainable,
fundamental change. True grace in community brings freedom—freedom
to take off masks, face our brokenness and take risks with one another. In
community, the power of the Gospel penetrates our hearts and overflows
into every area of our lives: family, friendships, work and church.

Because real change in a church starts with leaders, we come
alongside leaders to help them discover their whole hearts, their
part in God’s Story, and their true identities in Christ.
LEADING FROM THE HEART
As men and women live out of their own hearts in the context of
authentic community, they are able to lead in a way that is ener-
gizing, not draining.
LEADING WITH DEPTH
The Battle for the Heart facilitates connecting at a deeper
relational level, empowering leaders to “love one another deeply:
mourn with those who mourn, rejoice with those who rejoice,
and spur one another on to love and good deeds.”

the safety and security of who they are becoming in Christ.
