Emergency Kit.
We hope that in providing this kit, you will feel more prepared
for an allergic emergency.
This kit can hold two Allerject®
epinephrine auto-injectors.
Allerject®
can be purchased from your supplier or pharmacy. Once received, simply
take the Allerject®
and the consumer information leaflet out of the box
and place them inside the foam inserts in the kit.
Easy access to the Allerject®
emergency kit is crucial.
It is a good idea to place this kit where it can easily be used, on a wall using
the screws provided or on a shelf, and ideally beside the poster explaining how
to use Allerject®
. Your Allerject®
emergency kit should be stored
at room temperature (15-30 °C).

remember to update the expiry dates with the extra stickers
provided. You can also register for the expiry reminder

onsite to help with severe allergic reactions.
2 An instructional poster explaining allergic reactions and how to use Allerject®

Hang this poster in an area where people can see it and near the kit.
3 Tamper proof seals. Protect the kit by using the seals. This informs users
when the kit has been used and would need inspecting or replacing.
4 Expiry date stickers. Use these stickers to clearly mark
the expiry date of the medication.
