The Teachers
Stuart Maciver, is an English native from Scotland
who is currently based in Rio de Janeiro. He
graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2007
with an MA in English Literature and has since
taught many classes to a variety of companies in Rio
de Janeiro. He worked as an English Coordinator
where he prepared numerous specialised courses for
a variety of sectors, including Oil and Gas and
Tourism, as well as for Business Executives in Rio de
Janeiro and São Paulo. Having taught and tested Brazilian learners of
English for the past five years, he is very aware of the common
difficulties Portuguese natives face and has designed courses and
material to facilitate the learning of English for a Brazilian
businessperson.
