Greetings of peace and prosperity!
In celebration of the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2022 with the theme,
“Sambayanang Pilipino, Nagkakaisang Tungo sa Katatagan at Maunlad na Kinabukasan”, we are
currently preparing a Tree Planting activity among others to strengthen partnership and
coordination among all key actors and stakeholders in mitigating the effects of climate change.
We requested for seedlings from the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist of the municipality of
La Libertad. Unfortunately, all seedling supplies were already used by the said office for their
projects as well.
With this, we humbly request your good office to kindly provide 35-40 seedlings (whatever is
available at hand) which will be planted at coastal areas, creeks, riverbanks and reserve areas.
Thank you very much for your support which will greatly benefit the people of La Libertad. We
are hoping for your positive gesture on this matter.

Meeting Minutes
 The 2022 Financial Plan was presented by Jack B. Lood, the Municipal Assessor of the
Local Government Unit of La Libertad.
 The presenter specified the various programs implemented and those which were not
implemented.
 A re-programming of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund
(LDRRMF) was proposed.
 Members laid out various suggestions for the re-programming.
 The motion was unanimously agreed by all attending members.
