nal biker culture from the 1950s and the
“happy-go-lucky” extravagant universe
that is Boll ywood. The styles appear
flashy, heavy on colours and exagger-
atedl y extravagant, in order to push the
boundaries of gender definitions. A true
“peacock” gent is dressed expressivel y,
however maintains his strong masculine
uniform features. Expressive short notes
tagged onto the garments, further under-
line this “more is more” feeling.
Flashy and outspoken these styles com-
bine silk vel vets covered in rhinestones
and sequins, sil ver fox fur with an oil y foil
printed surface together, black and shiny
gold leather fringes and a serious ruffle
overload.
This gent simpl y does not care and irrev-
erentl y holds his ground.
