2. One of our engineers is traveling this
week to assist with installation—he put
a full day in onsite and stayed up until
midnight to finish drawings for
another customer (who needed
drawings by 5:00 am).
3. One of our traffic managers held a
truck up at our dock to make sure we
kept our promised ship date to the
customer. The order arrived on time.
4. A group of individuals from multiple
GL departments went on a hunt to
find parts (for some very special
cabinets) to help expedite an order so
the customer could start their job.
