I do hereby sell you my 2003 Ford Truck AS IS for $7700.00. (VIN
#1FTRX17L23NB22729). I willretitle the truck in your name (Mitchell Hoye) but
will remain as 1st
lienholder until the debt is paid in full.
You have 2 years to pay the truck. You will pay me $320 per month for 24
consecutivemonths starting 1 May 2012. If you miss 2 consecutivemonths, I
have the right to repossess thetruck and you will resign the title back to me.
In the caseof repossession, any money thatyou had paid on the truck will be
considered the costof having access to the truck.
You are responsibleto attain / maintain car insurance, yearly inspections and
any/all maintenance on the vehicle.
