Grants for residential retrofitting during 2015:
- 14,000 for dwellings = US$70billion*
- 7,000 for social housing= US$13.5billion*

Between 15,000 – 18,000 thermal insulation grants each year for the
next 5 years. Each at US$4,000 approx.

US$40billion in solar heating systems for new social housing.

Over the next 10 years, 130,000 heating units will be replaced from
old wood burners to new technology that uses pellets, kerosene or
other fuels.

Solar thermal heating grants (tax benefit) will continue until 2019 for
builders charging up to US $1,100 per installed unit.
