Tetherow Road, Deschutes County Bridge Replacement 2016
David Evans and Associates
A single-span bridge replacement in Deschutes County. Designed the girders and substructure for a slab girder
bridge over the Deschutes River, connecting to a rural housing community.
ODOT Local Agency Bridge Inspections 2015
David Evans and Associates
ODOT assigns County and City owned bridges in each region to be inspected. The bridges are rated according to
ODOT and NBI standards, and reports uploaded to the state’s Pontis database. Deficiencies are noted,
documented, and reported back to the owners with recommendations for either repair or replacement.
Pierce County County-City Building Sidewalk Repair 2014
Pierce County Facilities Management
Replacement of a degraded sidewalk segment near entrance to County-City Building (housing sheriff, courts, and
permitting offices). Created and compiled documents for design and construction, including drawings, schedule,
specifications, and bid package. Hosted contractor walkthrough and pre-construction meetings. Supervised
demolition of degraded sidewalk and construction of new segment.
