Dear HiringManager,
I had the pleasure of hiringand workingwith MaggyBelangerduring 2013. I originallyhired Maggyas a
purchasingagentto fill agap createdwhenmyresourceswere beingstretcheddue toa company-wide
ERP implementation. Maggyimmediatelyaddedvaluetothe project,learningbothlegacy softwareand
newSAPsystemswithease. She workedwithadiverse team, giving andtakinginstructionswell from
multiple directions. The initial projectwentlive successfullyandMaggywas a significantcontributorto
that endeavor.
Afterthe pilotlaunch,Iassigned Maggyto serve as part of a teamwhichwas responsiblefordata
managementandotherSAPactivitiesinpreparationforournextSAPlaunch. Herskills withExcel,
multi-tasking, andmentoringprovedtoveryhelpful tomyteam. Maggy couldbe dependedon to
handle tasks independently andaccurately. She shiftedseamlesslybetweencontinually changing
priorities anddidsowitha refreshinglypositive attitude. Herworkonthe projecthelpedusmeetour
objectivesfordatacleansingandothercritical metrics.
Throughabsolutelynofaultof Maggy’s,I wasforcedto terminate ourworkingrelationshipbecause of
overall projectdecisionsmade byexecutive leadership. Idid my besttoretainher because of the value
she addedto myteam. Unfortunately,the needsof the businessdidnotallow it.
