 A “Court Management” tool.

 Simply, to serve the “end-users”. End-users are
        the litigants and the lawyers.

 They are not created to display pictures of smiley
        judges.

 They are created for a better “justice-
        administration”

                                                                      ©Mostafa S. Hassan

 Best court website of the year 2011:
        http://www.occourts.org
It starts with the “how do I” drop-down menu
that includes all the tasks of the court. I guess
the above website can be taken as an example
for the to-be-created website for the Egyptian
        court of Cassation.

 A copyrighted device can be created to assist
users of the E-filling of all the court forms. Like
        I-CAN!™ Legal.

Editor's Notes

  1. The website of a court is supposed to be the court-justice seekers interface. Thus, “الحركة القضائية “ “أضفنا للمفضلة” “اخبر صديق” “الركن الإعلامي“are useless. This is not meant to be a commercial website!!
  2. The website of Egyptian Court of Cassation is just an informative website that cannot perform any task of the Court. No Forms published and, of course, no fees can be paid online.
  3. The Website is awfully decorated! The Website is not working at all! No account can be created, I tried to email the court using the “البريد الالكترونى للمحكمة” but it did not work, “اتصل بنا” not working, “اهم الاحكام” not working. The Website is not among the search result when you search for “Egyptian Court of Cassation”!!In the Website, job advertisements are listed under “latest news”!!!!!!!
  4. The Website is ONLY targeted to judges’ families as it only includes their “fancy” CVs and personal photosThe Website was last updated a “decade” ago. The web-operators still have not noticed that there is a revolution going on in the country where the court represents the highest judicial authority thereof! “كلمة فخامة الرئيس حسنى مبارك أمام مجلس القضاء الأعلى بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوبيل الفضي للمجلس” http://www.coc.eg/JubileePresidentWord.aspx No option to drop a comment regarding the ineffectiveness. No place to give a feedback.
